BREAKFAST CLUB

Each Tuesday morning a band of volunteers take breakfast to students at Beerwah Primary School as part of our Community Welfare Program. This was started in 2003 upon the request of the Deputy Principal. The teachers saw a need as many children were coming to school with no breakfast and this was affecting their school work. The menu includes Eggs on Toast, Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs and Sausages in Bread all served with a Hot Chocolate as part of a varied menu over a 4 week period. The major ingredients are supplied by our sponsors listed below and we are grateful for their generous community spirit. Please support them. Kay Kelloway and Norma Ashe co-ordinate the Breakfasts along with a team of willing helpers who aim to serve as Jesus would.
