Welcome to 'The Rise' on-line! Thank you for taking the time to find out a little more about who we are. There's always something happening at 'The Rise' so this will give you an overview. Enjoy finding out about us and we hope to have the pleasure of meeting you soon if you are in Beerwah. One of our most visible areas of Church life is our Sunday services . They are contemporary services, with great worship and doing life well teaching. New people often comment that they love the music and the friendliness of the people. Sunday morning services cater for the whole family with a creche and special programs for the kids at our 9.30am service. Sunday evenings attract families, as well as young people and those who love a service that Encounters God. One thing you'll soon notice about Church on the Rise is that there is pretty much something for everyone. There are people of all ages and interests at our church so we have a wide range of programs and there is always something new starting up. Young people are important to us and we have everything from a dynamic range of Kids programs right through to a great Youth ministry. There are also groups for young mums, men, women and much, much more. We believe that one of the great things about being a Christian is helping those in our community, both locally and internationally. We have a range of initiatives to help our community, such as emergency food parcels, as well as others. We also help international communities in other nations around the world, planting churches and strengthening local leaders.
